• Wholesale accounts are available to qualified businesses and are subject to approval.

• ​To qualify for a wholesale account, applicants must provide the required business information, including a valid Business License and EIN.

•  Our Lion Roars reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts that remain inactive for an extended period or no longer meet wholesale eligibility requirements.

• ​​Wholesale pricing is confidential and is available only to approved wholesale account holders.

Ordering

• Orders are processed after payment requirements have been satisfied.

• ​Our Lion Roars reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment in full is not received prior to shipment.

• All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.​

Pricing & Product Availability

• All prices are subject to change without notice.​
   

• If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the item will be placed on backorder unless other arrangements are made with the customer.

Payment Terms

• Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
   

• All orders require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.
   

Shipping, Returns & Damaged Merchandise

• Discrepancies, shipping damage, shortages, or manufacturing defects must be reported within five (5) business days of confirmed delivery. Claims must include appropriate photographic documentation. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement item or store credit.
   

• Because wholesale jewelry is manufactured to order, exchanges are limited to verified manufacturing defects.
